the breakfast staff, particularly jessie and amelia, were very nice. they were always happy to talk to me. the rooms were kept very clean. the location was convenient and i walked everywhere.

the check-in process was chaotic in a small reception area. i had to register myself on an ipad. one receptionist was impatient and raised her voice, which i did not appreciate. my room access was via a fire escape staircase landing.

The room I received felt quite cramped. Space was limited, especially with luggage. The bathroom was also small, and there were minimal amenities provided (i found only soap dispensers). Pillows felt soft, providing little support (they proved quite uncomfortable actually).

The hotel location proved useful. It was near the train station. My room had air conditioning. The city center, shops, and the cathedral were close too.

My room felt small. The bathroom was also quite small. There were not many bathroom amenities. I only found soap dispensers.

The twin comfort room was super clean and beautifully designed, it was perfect for us. i really appreciated that the reception team was kind and helpful throughout our stay. their thoughtful gesture after the marathon stood out to me. They kindly let us use the sauna. it was exactly what i needed after the run!!!

i booked a single room, and it was quite small. i felt it was overpriced for what it offered. i would have appreciated more space and amenities.
